Very active baby

The baby is very active today. I never feel her move in the middle of the day only at night or in the morning, but today right before lunch she started kicking and I could feel it on the outside of my tummy she kick at least 10 times. Of course I was at work and Jared was at school so he still hasn't felt it, but maybe she will do it again tonight for him. Now this afternoon she is wiggling all over it kind of tickles. She must have become tired of the position she was in and now she is finding a new one. I am really excited that I can feel her move all the time now but it distracts me when I am trying to work. I wonder what it will feel like when she can really kick hard enough to see it.

Murder House

My groups crime was that of Mr. Winters who was killed by his step son in the basement following a poker game. There was no body found at our crime scene, but it was recovered months later in a field outside of town.

It's a Girl!

Or at least that is what they thing but it looked like a girl to me. It was very exciting seeing our baby. She has all her parts and looks healthy. She also measured exactly 20 weeks 3 days and that was how far along I was when I had the ultrasound. She was a little shy and when the tech was getting a picture of her face she turned her head right before the picture was taken and then later she threw both hands in front of her face.

Are we having a boy or a girl?

Our ultrasound is one week from today so I put up a poll to see what everyone else thought we were having. Someone already voted girl but I don't know who it was so if you vote leave a comment so I know what everyone thinks.

Just kidding

So I said earlier that I was starting to feel better, but that is just not true. I may not be nauseated all the time, but now it hits me at not so convenient times. On saturday Jared and I went on a date (more on that to come later) and when we were driving I suddenly got the earge to throw up and he had to pull over. then last night I was just putting away the laundry feeling perfectly fine and then next thing I knew I was throwing up all over the bathroom and my new pants, it was very sad. I think I cried more that it got on my new pants more than the fact that I was throwing up. I guess at least I am not sick all the time anymore and I found hte perfect position to sleep in so I sleep better. The best part of yesterday was that my visiting teacher Andrea decided that she wanted to make me dinner, she must have been inspired to know I was going to be sick. It was the best dinner we have had since I have been pregnant and it was very much appreciate. Thanks Andrea!

18 weeks

As of this weekend I am 18 weeks and as you can tell from earlier post the baby is now moving. Sometimes I wish he/she would move more often so I know that they are still alive. Our ultra sound is 2 weeks from tomorrow. There isn't as much change in my tummy size as there was last time but it is still growing. I had to go buy 2 more pairs of maternity pants because I only had 2 pairs of pants and I was going to wear them out by wearing them so much and having to do laundry twice a week.

The baby kicked Tito

I first felt the baby move a couple of weeks ago. It felt like the baby did a flip inside my stomach. He/she only seems to like Fridays because I have only felt it move once that wasn't a Friday. Anyway, this morning (Friday) the baby kicked. Tito was sleeping right next to my stomach and the baby kicked him. I don't know if Tito felt it but Tito did change position after the kick so maybe he did. Jared's going to be jealous that Tito got to feel the baby before he did.
