Before going to bed on Christmas Eve we opened our Christmas eve present.

Which was of course pajamas. Mickey Mouse for Aidan and Minnie Mouse for Addi.

I then let them open one more present. Addi picked this camera from Great Grandma Keep. Thanks Grandma she loves it.

Aidan picked a book from mommy.

And then he wanted to eat the rest of the presents.

Then just when we were about to go to bed Grandma Chewy called on the computer and we decided to let the kids open all the presents from her. Addi loves her Dora apparently Aidan doesn't.

Look at all the loot from grandma and grandpa Chewy.

We made sure our stockings we hung from the TV stand with care.

We set out our homemade oreo cookies for Santa before we went to bed.

We came down to this Christmas morning. Can we say spoiled. And yes that is a laundry basket of cleaning supplies and a vacuum and there is a steam mop under the tree, but before you think down on Santa I asked for all those things and the vacuum is Jareds.

Aidan got lots of new toys. A guitar, drums, farm animal toy and a giraffe with blocks.

Addi got a Dora castle along with lots of other things (Dora books, princess clothes and book, Dora PJs and Tinkerbell slippers). She also got a stocking full of little trinkets and toys.

And of course lots of chocolate.

We Skyped my mom and got talk to Uncle Ethan then we opened our presents from Mama and papa Dodge. Addi got a portable DVD player and the movie Monsters Inc complete with a Boo doll. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa its a great nap time activity.

Aidan got super soft cuddly monkey Jammies.

We took a break for our new traditional Christmas breakfast, Aebelskiver and rice pudding (I added omelets too because we had way to many eggs). The Sorensens are from Denmark so I thought it would be a fun Christmas tradition to have a traditional danish breakfast every year. It was super yummy and will definitely stay a tradition.

Then after breakfast we went back to the massive amounts of presents.

It took Aidan all day to get through all of his presents even with his sisters help. After Addi was done opening presents we put Aidan down for a nap and then both Jared and I fell asleep on the couch. Apparently, while we were all sleeping Addi decided she wanted to open up more presents and opened up the rest of Aidan's presents. We woke up to toys we had never seen before and had to figure out who they came from.

This is the aftermath of our Christmas. Another fun relaxing Christmas in the Sorensen home.
