A couple of weeks after my mom left Jared's mom came out for a week to see the baby. The day after she arrived we went up to Boston. Jared had tickets to a Red Sox game so we decided to head up there for the day.

Last time we went to Boston we didn't make it to the end of the freedom trail and Bunker Hill because it was too far for pregnant mommy to walk so we decided to go there. It is almost 300 stairs to the top of the monument and only worth it if you are in good shape. My legs were jello after 225 stairs and it hurt to walk up and down stairs for the rest of the week.

We went to the public gardens and road on the swan boats. It was a fun little ride and Addi always enjoys different modes of transportation.

Of course we had to visit the duckies Addi's favorite thing to do in Boston.

While Jared was at the baseball game we played at the frog pond. We have never been when the frog pond was open. Addi didn't have a swimsuit, but I did have an extra pair of clothes.

We showed grandma some of the Freedom Trail and spent some time at the cemetery. I like the wording on the old grave and thinkit is kind of weird that they all have skulls with angel wings on them.

On Sunday we blessed Aidan at church. Jared's aunt and uncle came and some of his co-residents. After the blessings we had a nice little brunch with our family and friends.

Jared had to workmost of the week, but one day we met him at a park by his work for some lunch.

Don't worry Aidan was with us on all these adventures usually asleep in his car seat blowing bubbles.

One of the days Jared was working we met Jared's sister and her little boy at the Bronx Zoo. Addi was so excited and kept saying she was going to the zoo to see giraffes, elephants and teddy bears.

Addi loves the zoo and it was even better with her cousin.

Aidan and grandma enjoyed the zoo as well.

I love this picture. Addi loves her baby brother.

We spent time playing with this cute little guy. Well not so little but cute none the less.

Jared took friday off work so we could go to the beach. We set up camp a little too close to the water and dispite moving backtwice as the tide came in and digging a trench in front ofus a giant wave came and tried to take all of our stuff. Luckily the baby was not still asleep in the tent, because the water picked up the tent and everything in it. We saved everything, but a few sand toys. My clothes were wet and a full of sand so we had to go to walmart to get me new clothes before dinner.

We stopped in Mystic for dinner.

The day before grandma left we found this fun pick your own flowers garden. We had fun picking flowers and taking pictures.
